This Easter, I cook together with Patio Restaurant ☺ - recipe no. 5

Beloved, today is the last recipe in the series "This Easter, I cook with the Patio Restaurant". ☺

Together we have prepared Sourdough, Sour soup, BAGUETTE WITH GRAINS, ROLLADE WITH BUCKET, and finally it will be ... ☺

Recipe for: BREAD WITH BEANS

INGREDIENTS:

▪️ wheat flour (sieved, preferably cake) - 700 g
▪️ dry yeast - 7 g
▪️ linseed - 120 g
▪️ sunflower seeds - 3 tbsp
▪️ salt - 2.5 tsp
▪️ lukewarm water - 700 g
▪️ sugar - 1 tsp
▪️ oregano - 2 tsp
▪️ oat flakes - 70 g

PREPARATION:

Pour flour, salt, sugar, dry yeast, oregano, oatmeal, sunflower and linseed into a bowl and mix thoroughly. Slowly pour in lukewarm water and mix until all the ingredients combine. The texture of the dough should be very sticky and loose. Leave the dough in a bowl, cover with a linen cloth and let stand for about 30 minutes to grow. Then put the dough into a baking tray lined with 35 x 12 cm baking paper and leave it to heat up the oven. Set the oven to 200 degrees C (up + down program). Put the dough in the oven and bake for about an hour.

READY ☺
