But on Easter you can't miss the smell of fresh bread!
That is why today the recipe for: BAGUETTE WITH BEANS
▪️ wheat flour (sieved) - 0.5 kg
▪️ dried yeast - 7 g
▪️ lukewarm water - 330 ml
▪️ salt - 1 tsp
▪️ sugar - 0.5 tsp
▪️ olive oil - 1 tbsp
▪️ one tablespoon: linseed, pumpkin seeds, sunflower, bran, oat flakes
Dissolve yeast in water with sugar and oil. Set aside in a warm place for half an hour. In a bowl, mix the flour and salt, pour in the yeast and mix with a fork first, then knead intensively with your hand for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with flour, cover with a cloth and set aside in a warm place for 1 hour. When the dough doubles its volume, we can knead it again by adding the rest of the ingredients. Form 3 similar size baguettes on the board, gently rolling and stretching the dough. We translate into a metal sheet and cover again. Let stand for 30 minutes. Then we can gently cut the baguettes from the top, spread with olive oil and sprinkle with e.g. thick salt or black cumin. We bake at 220 degrees for about 20 minutes.
