Dear Guests! Thank you for choosing Patio Restaurant during the spring edition of Restaurant Week Festival. Finally, it's time to sum up our competition for the most interesting inspiration for our new summer seasonal menu. Curious?

Restaurant Week is behind us
However, at the beginning we would like to thank you for all the opinions left in the guest panel, after visiting our restaurant. From the festival's curiosities we can reveal, that the most popular dish that you liked best was our mail dish – sous-vide salmon on cauliflower puree, served with black risotto with white wine and aromatic bear garlic pesto. You also enjoyed our sweet potatoes pancakes with green asparagus in thyme butter. The starter – young spinach cream soup and dessert took ex aequo the second place.

Well... now is the time to solve the festival competition. We received from you almost 100 fantastic inspirations for the summer seasonal menu. They are really great and we spent really a lot of time to choose the two most interesting ideas, we would like to reward.

Your culinary inspirations
Interestingly, for many of you summer flavors are associated with grandma's holidays. Young beetroot soup with an egg, young potatoes with cucumber salad, juicy raspberries, green bean with breadcrumbs, gooseberries, rhubarb, sweet cherries and strawberries – all of them you dear with sentiment. Eh, we think all of us miss the happy years of youth, when the simplicity and fresh, full of flavor products reigned supreme. We are so! You miss also the asparagus... Oh yes, we will not miss them in the summer card, we promise!

Among your suggestions there was also many dishes inspired by travels - grilled octopus recalling holidays in Portugal, refreshing, Spanish gazpacho or espada with banana... There were also very sophisticated proposals like zucchini flowers stuffed with ricotta cheese, duck on celery puree with tropical fruit mousse or ravioli with shrimp stuffing. And ice cream J - a mandatory summer dessert, elderberry, white tea, Matcha or Prosecco.

Thank you very much for all your suggestions. Which we decided to award with a PLN 100 voucher? Here they are! Of course, we will inform the winners by e-mail. Thank you again and congratulations!
