Menu a'la carte
Here comes the new menu of the Patio Restaurant! It’s rich in the Polish cuisine, delicious fish and seafood, light salads and original dishes prepared according to the newest culinary techniques. As always, the menu is adapted to the seasons changing but offers also regular positions from the a’la card version.
The secret of our dishes lies hidden in the carefully chosen ingredients and the local delicacies such as the Łomnicki cheeses, honeys from the apiaries of Trzebnica or the traditional craft ice cream “Od Węgrzyna”, right from the Kłodzko Valley. We cook according to the French technique called sous-vide (vacuum cooking), which makes the dishes light to digest and really healthy. Thanks to this method, meat is always juicy and velvety soft.
During the week, from 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm, we invite you all for a delightful two-course dinner. Yet, what matters the most, is the special menu for our youngest Guests and the Wrocław plate of meats and additions for their parents.
