Here comes the new menu of the Patio Restaurant! It’s rich in the Polish cuisine, light salads and original dishes prepared according to the newest culinary techniques. 

The secret of our dishes lies hidden in the carefully chosen ingredients and the local delicacies such as the Łomnicki cheeses, honeys from the apiaries of Trzebnica or the traditional craft ice cream “Od Węgrzyna”, right from the Kłodzko Valley. We cook according to the French technique called sous-vide (vacuum cooking), which makes the dishes light to digest and really healthy. Thanks to this method, meat is always juicy and velvety soft.

Yet, what matters the most, is the special menu for our youngest Guests .
